Fr. Carl is a retired priest of the Archdiocese of Newark, N.J., and a founding member and presenter of Contemplative Outreach.
He is the author of a book entitled A Taste of Silence. a practical guide to the basics and practice of Centering Prayer that offers spiritual tools for deepening one’s prayer life.

Though originally planned as an in-person event, Fr. Carl's illness moved us to Zoom, where he shared Chapter One, "Making a Spiritual Quilt" from his book A Taste of Silence, reminding us that each part of our lives is lovingly stitched together by God.
